At Seagrace, we support families and the professionals who walk alongside them through every stage of birth, postpartum, and parenthood. We offer evidence-based guidance, workshops, and classes, along with community groups and resources to connect, learn, and grow. Based in Niantic, CT, and online, our mission is to nurture confidence, knowledge, and connection for everyone on this journey.
Empowering families to find confidence in
After becoming friends in 2018 and running a doula practice together, we founded this space out of a shared passion for walking alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and the tender postpartum season. We want all to feel seen, supported, and empowered – whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, whether you’re here for classes, care, community, or just a little encouragement along the way.
